Συμμετέχουν σε ένα διαδραστικό εργαστήριο, στο οποίο θα κατανοήσουν καλύτερα τους όρους «επιχείρηση», «υπάλληλος», «προϊόν», «καινοτομία», «έρευνα αγοράς», «διαφήμιση», «επιχειρηματικό πλάνο» κ.λπ. Αναλαμβάνουν να δημιουργήσουν -σε ομάδες- τη δική τους επιχείρηση, το δικό τους προϊόν τροφίμων, να μοιράσουν ρόλους και να παρουσιάσουν την επιχειρηματική τους πρόταση σε κοινό.
Οι ενήλικες γονείς-συνοδοί μπορούν να συμμετέχουν στη δράση εφόσον το επιθυμούν!
