Παράλληλα, τίθεται στη διάθεση των Δήμων που επλήγησαν, ώστε να συνδράμει στην επούλωση των πληγών που έχουν δημιουργηθεί, ενώ κάνει έκκληση στα μέλη του να δείξουν την έμπρακτη αλληλεγγύη τους, προσφέροντας με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο μπορούν.

Συγκέντρωση βοήθειας για τους πυρόπληκτους

Ο Ελληνικός Ερυθρός Σταυρός, αναγνωρίζοντας τη κρισιμότητα της κατάστασης και τις τεράστιες ανάγκες που έχουν προκύψει από τις μεγάλης έκτασης φωτιές σε Βαρυμπόμπη, Πάτρα, Ρόδο, Β. Εύβοια, Αρχαία Ολυμπία, διευρύνει το κάλεσμα του στον κόσμο για συγκέντρωση χρημάτων και τροφίμων προς τους πυρόπληκτους όλων των παραπάνω περιοχών.

Συγκεκριμένα, προχωρά στο άνοιγμα λογαριασμού τραπέζης προς ενίσχυση των πυρόπληκτων αλλά και των οικόσιτων ζώων που έμειναν χωρίς στέγη, με στόχο να συγκεντρωθεί όσο το δυνατό μεγαλύτερο ποσό.
